By accessing or using Zoey Pet® ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zoey Pet® is a pet health management platform that allows you to record vaccinations, medications, symptoms, walks, appointments, and preventive care for your pets. The information stored is for personal record-keeping only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription fees are processed via PayPal. All plans begin with a 30-day free trial — no payment required upfront. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime (Founding Member) plans are non-refundable after activation. Prices are listed in USD.
5. Pet Limits
Each subscription plan carries a pet profile limit. The Solo plan allows 1 pet, Family allows up to 5, Haven allows up to 15, and Founding Member allows up to 20. Upgrading your plan immediately increases your limit.
6. Intellectual Property
The Zoey Pet® name, logo, and all associated designs are trademarks of Zoey Pet®. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoey Pet® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any errors or omissions in pet health records.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
